قناة تلفزيونية مفتوحة يبثها مركز تلفزيون الشرق الأوسط. تعد القناة الأولى في الشرق الأوسط المتخصصة في البرامج التلفزيونية الأمريكية.
في عام 2005 أطلقت القناة والتي خصصت للبرامج والمسلسلات الأجنبية عموماً والأمريكية خصوصاً. وهي في كثير من الأحيان مترجمة إلى العربية. تعرض القناة أشهر المسلسلات والبرامج الترفيهية الأمريكية. بالإضافة إلى البرامج الإخبارية الحصرية والمسابقات وكذلك حفلات توزيع الجوائز الموسيقية والسينمائية.
